Key Responsibilities
 
  • Handling incoming and outgoing company calls
  • Identifying subscriber issues and proposing solutions; redirecting to relevant departments when necessary
  • Monitoring the resolution process of reported subscriber issues
  • Making outbound calls to inform or support clients
Required Qualifications
 
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent Armenian language skills (knowledge of Russian and English is a plus)
  • Basic computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills, clear and polite verbal expression
  • Ability to work in stressful situations and manage them effectively
  • Experience in a call center is preferred
