Key Responsibilities
- Handling incoming and outgoing company calls
- Identifying subscriber issues and proposing solutions; redirecting to relevant departments when necessary
- Monitoring the resolution process of reported subscriber issues
- Making outbound calls to inform or support clients
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent Armenian language skills (knowledge of Russian and English is a plus)
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent communication skills, clear and polite verbal expression
- Ability to work in stressful situations and manage them effectively
- Experience in a call center is preferred
